IMPORTANT UPDATE: SUB-SEEDED ELITE REGISTRATIONS ARE CLOSED. WAIVE AND SEEDED ELITE ENTRY APPLICATIONS REMAIN OPEN ON A LIMITED BASIS.

Thank you for your interest in competing in the elite field at the CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon and Half Marathon.

Please review the qualifying standards and category definitions below before applying for our event.

– All applications are subject to approval by Beyond Monumental; submitting an application does not guarantee entry.
– Standards are as of August 19, 2026, and are subject to change at the sole discretion of Beyond Monumental.
– All athletes must have a verifiable run on a certified course, with a maximum of 3 m/km drop, since July 1, 2025.
– Meeting or exceeding the entry standards does not guarantee Elite Athlete Program entry.
– You will receive an email indicating if your application has been accepted or declined.
– You are not officially registered until you receive a confirmation email.

2026 OLYMPIC TRIALS BONUS

Marathon – Men & Women’s Bonuses:
– 1st – 5th Place: $1,000
– 6th – 10th Place: $500
– 11th – 20th Place: $250

Half Marathon – Men & Women’s Bonuses:
– 1st Place: $500
– 2nd Place: $500
– 3rd Place: $500

**For the 2026 U.S. Olympic Trials bonuses, athletes must be eligible to compete at the 2028 U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Marathon and must be registered/compete as an elite athlete at the 2026 CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon or Half Marathon. Athletes must run U.S. Olympic Trials qualifying time at the 2026 CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon & Half Marathon. Marathon bonuses: $10,000 per gender; Half Marathon bonuses: $1,500 per gender.
