October 26, 2023 Dear 2023 CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon participants, On behalf of CNO Financial Group, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2023 CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon, Half Marathon and 5K. Now in our eighth year as title sponsor of the Marathon, we continue to be inspired by the nearly 15,000 participants who race through Indianapolis each year.
