VIP Experience participants have reserved parking for one (1) passenger vehicle in the Statehouse lot at the corner of Ohio Street and Capitol Avenue (249 W Ohio St, Indianapolis, IN 46202).
The parking lot entrance is on Ohio Street. Show your VIP Experience credential or parking pass to access the parking lot. You may park in the lot until 3:30 p.m.
Race Morning Traffic Restriction: VIP Experience participants should enter the Statehouse Parking Lot from the north. To access VIP Parking along the light green route, take southbound West Street to turn east (left) onto New York Street, then south (right) onto Senate Avenue, and show your pass to the officer stationed at Senate Ave. & Ohio St. Northbound West Street is restricted due to the new start line configuration.
Walking to the VIP Area:
Once parked, enjoy a quick, pedestrian-friendly stroll along the light blue route shown on the map. This pathway is closed to vehicles and leads directly to Room 128 in the Indiana Convention Center – the home of your VIP Experience.
Will Call Packet Pickup: ONLY Participants who pre-purchased both VIP Experience and Will Call Packet Pickup may get their packet from the VIP Check-In at the Indiana Statehouse starting at 6:30 a.m. on Race Morning.
Enter through the northwest doors of the Indiana Convention Center (closest to the intersection of West & Maryland) to enjoy light breakfast foods and beverages, private indoor bathrooms, and VIP-only Gear Check in Room 128. You must have your credential and wristband to be allowed inside the VIP Experience space.
PRE-RACE GEAR CHECK: Volunteers will collect your gear check bag inside the Indiana Convention Center before you leave for the Start Line and deliver bags to the Gear Check Tent for you to pick up after you cross the Finish Line.
You will receive a clear plastic bag during Packet Pickup at the Monumental Health and Fitness Expo. YOU MUST USE THIS BAG AS YOUR GEAR CHECK BAG. All other bags will be turned away. Use the pull-off tag on your bib to label your gear check bag. We recommend attaching the tag to your bag before arriving at Gear Check on Race Day.
POST-RACE GEAR CHECK BAG: Collect your gear check bag after you cross the Finish Line at the Gear Check Tent located in the Post Race Celebration. Use the VIP Gear Check line to collect your gear check bag.
All bags are subject to search. Unattended bags not within the Gear Check Tent will be removed by Security. Any gear left at the Gear Check Tent after 3:30 p.m. on race day will be donated to a local charity.

– Enjoy a free slice of pizza from DOMINO’S PIZZA (while supplies last).
– You will receive two (2) tickets – in addition to the free beverage tag on your participant bib – at Packet Pickup for complimentary post-race beverages (ID required for 21+).
– We cannot replace lost beverage tickets.
– Additional beverages will be available for purchase.
ATHLETICO will also be set up in the Post Race Celebration and will be offering stretching and injury assessments on-site!
