The Monumental starts and finishes near the Indiana State Capitol Building in downtown Indianapolis.  Excellent accommodations, restaurants, stores and museums are all within walking distance of the start/finish line.  Course highlights include beautiful monuments, Lucas Oil Stadium (home of the Indianapolis Colts), the Arts Garden, the Mass Ave cultural district, beautiful neighborhoods, Broad Ripple, Butler University, the Indianapolis Museum of Art and more.

There are two seating times, one at 5 pm the other at 6 pm.
